Role details
As the Sales Manager for Poland you will be the regional expert and champion for the Polish retail market. Supporting our European Sales & Trade Marketing teams in the introduction, qualification & presentation of the brands that Albert Roger Ltd represents to grocery & drugstore retailers across the region.
Responsibilities
- Market analysis to create a database of suitable retailers within the beauty sector
- Active acquisition of new clients and partners
- Achieve agreed sales, margin and strategic brand objectives
- Lead local retailer negotiations to reach agreement on: business plans, contract terms, new brand and product launches, space and visibility at point of sale, marketing and comms plans
- Telephone qualification of customers in order to arrange & support meetings for the sales team.
Requirements
- Experience with introducing brands into the Polish retailer landscape
- Exposure to the beauty sector
- Ability to establish and nurture business contacts.
- A real enthusiasm for making effective sales introduction calls.
- Fluency in Polish & English
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Highly organized, able to work and manage priorities pro-actively, self starter
