In this high-energy role, you’ll be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals; being at the forefront of our ambitious growth plans, with some amazing brands to drive opportunities with key retailers like Monoprix, Carrefour, Nocibé & Auchan.
Albert Roger is a growing pan-European Health & Beauty Company, bringing a portfolio of innovative and exciting beauty brands to both consumers and retailers across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop customer relationships, ensuring you have a complete understanding of the customer's business and their needs.
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers to deliver excellent service, supporting your core functional activities.
- Develop relevant relationships with customers and the industry to elevate business growth.
- Be responsible for the formulation and implementation of the sales and marketing business strategy.
- Ensure that all commercial aspects of the sale transaction are in the best interest of the company.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to maximize the footprint and retention of existing customers.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in business development within the health & beauty sector
- Strong understanding of key regional retailers
- High-energy, fearless negotiation and communication skills
- A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for beauty products and a hunger to win
- Fluency in French & English; additional languages are a plus
