In this high-energy, entrepreneurial role, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious growth strategy, leading expansion across Southern Europe with an exciting portfolio of brands. You’ll drive new business opportunities with key retailers such as Primor, Druni, Carrefour and Wells, while building a high-performing commercial structure for long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive lead generation, client meetings and negotiations with a relentless hunger to win
Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail and e-commerce channels
Expand brand presence both in-store and online, delivering best-in-class execution strategies
Own and manage budgets to deliver sustainable, profitable growth
Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key retail partners
Lead, inspire and develop a direct team, working closely with marketing and operations
Operate autonomously in-region, acting as the commercial owner of the Southern European market
What We’re Looking For
Proven senior commercial experience within the beauty sector (make-up category experience highly desirable)
A strong leader — potentially with previous experience as a Country Manager or in a similarly autonomous regional leadership role
Demonstrated success in business development and scaling brands with key regional retailers
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build structure while driving immediate results
Highly self-motivated self-starter who thrives working independently
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Fearless negotiation skills and high-impact communication style
Strong financial acumen and P&L ownership experience
Fluency in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
