The Role
The Data Management Coordinator plays a key governance role within the business, ensuring commercial and brand decisions are executed accurately, consistently, and on time across multiple European markets.
Working across the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams, this role acts as the central coordination point, translating product and brand information onto retailers’ digital platforms.
We are looking for a highly organised, detail-focused individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-brand environment.
Data & Compliance
Maintain product lists to ensure data accuracy.
Ensure price compliance across brands, retailers and markets.
Ensure SKU creation and systems are maintained effectively.
Governance & Coordination
Act as the central link between Sales, Operations and Marketing teams.
Coordinates product and brand information to ensure seamless delivery of launches, activations, and updates in line with agreed retailer plans.
Proactively identify and resolve gaps or misalignment between teams to safeguard delivery.
Process Improvement
Continuously review workflows to drive operational excellence and scalability.
Standardise templates and communication across departments.
Strengthen cross-functional handovers and visibility to improve execution reliability.
Skills & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in a data led coordination or digital operations focused role.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
Advanced Excel / systems capability.
Process-driven mindset with strong follow-through.
Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive approach and comfortable in a cross-functional role.
