The Role
Lead expansion into new international markets
Identify and develop high-growth, underutilized sales channels
Build and manage multi-channel distribution strategies (retail, e-commerce, travel retail, marketplaces, distributors, etc.)
Establish and scale local partnerships and commercial structures
Drive revenue growth while maintaining strong brand positioning
Who You Are
Proven track record in international expansion within beauty or adjacent sectors
Deep experience managing multiple sales channels across regions
Commercially sharp with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments
Able to balance strategy and execution
